Alla Abudabbus Who studied Civil Engineer, picked up graphic design as a hobby fteen years ago. Since then he has been the founder/Creative Director of Bridge Media & PR, a Tripoli - Libya based marketing agency that focuses on advertising and media.Never one to stand still, since four years ago, he made the leap into painting and has since been producing popular artworks that is relevant to the Libyan contemporary cultural scene and its place within the global consumerist culture.

Budabbus's unique pieces carry an ironic humor and are usually full of underlying social commentary as well as mockery of the Libyan's state of mind. He fuses Libyan gures and stories with western iconic symbols to create a juxtaposition of the diverse layers that make up the Libyan persona of today.

Budabbus is the designer behind WaraQ’s logo, He actively contributed and participated in WaraQ activities and exhibitions and designed several posters of exhibitions such as Warning, Across Borders where his works were exhibited as well.

His most famous piece " Haja Hurryia" won NYC arthouse best artwork 2017 “PEACE DE RESISTANCE” and was picked by the Benetton Foundation based in Italy to be the cover image for the 'Libyan Imago Mundi' International Catalogue project 2015, He was selected to represent the Libyan digital artists in Outer circle community MENA, His work was largely exhibited across Libya, the MENA region and internationally, Selected exhibitions include: Aura exhibition supported by British Council, 2016, Pop-Art from North Africa, curated by Noon arts projects at P21 Gallery, London, Retracing a disappearing landscape at Casa Arabe (Madrid, Cordoba) and P21 gallery, London.
